About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our operational teams and ensure that our services reflect the needs of our customers and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead operational teams to achieve service delivery goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and coordinate client intake and assessment processes
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and administrative requirements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, students, and volunteers
  • Develop and implement training and development programs for staff
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in service delivery and management
  • Experience in NDIS service delivery and compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership and management skills
