About This Role
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Mid-Market Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new sales opportunities within the mid-market segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and qualifying new sales opportunities specifically within the mid-market segment.
- Driving growth within the mid-market segment by consistently exceeding sales targets and developing strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conducting discovery calls to deeply understand the unique needs of mid-market clients and tailoring our solutions accordingly.
- Collaborating with account executives to ensure the smooth handover of qualified opportunities and helping to close sales.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a mid-market focus, demonstrating success in high-volume inside sales.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently, with a focus on mid-market leads and prospects.
- Strong phone presence and resilience to engage in phone communication throughout the day, particularly with mid-market clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in active listening and presentation skills tailored for mid-market audiences.
