Job Role:

As a professional in our Mergers and Acquisitions advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate complex transactions. Your responsibilities will include delivering practical, innovative solutions across the deal lifecycle from origination and evaluation to execution, integration, and value realization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead transaction execution across sell-side, buy-side, origination, capital raising, and strategic review deals.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through clear and persuasive communication of deal proposals and structures.
  • Collaborate and project manage multidisciplinary teams including legal, tax, and transaction services to deliver integrated client solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong theoretical knowledge of corporate finance and M&A advisory, backed by transaction experience.
  • Proven capability to build integrated financial models for valuation, cash flow, and other financial analyses.
  • Solid business acumen and the ability to support complex deal processes effectively.
