We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on complex deals and projects, developing your skills and expertise in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
- Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records, conducting interviews with management, and preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information.
- Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, directly impacting deal value and structuring.
- Based on your analysis, write up findings and recommendations, and project manage information flows while managing stakeholders.
- Assist partners and directors with business development activities and initiatives, contributing to proposals and new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics.
- Membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants or an international equivalent.
