We are seeking a skilled and experienced property acquisition specialist to join our team. A successful candidate will have a strong background in property sourcing and deal-making, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will also have the ability to build strong relationships with sales agents and provide expert advice to clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for finding amazing off-market deals, performing due diligence, and providing recommendations to clients. You will also be expected to maintain strong listening skills and empathy to understand client needs and preferences.

To succeed in this position, you will need a buyer's agent license or completion of Cert 4, experience in property sourcing or deal-making, and a driver's license. You will also need to be proactive and stay up-to-date with market trends and dynamics.
