  • Lead project management tasks including direct liaison with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution
  • Handle a wide range of deals encompassing acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raises;
  • Review key documents and provide input into legal agreements ensuring alignment with business objectives;
  • Conduct thorough analysis of valuation materials and financial models to inform strategic decisions;
  • Oversee the due diligence process, data room operations, and Q&A sessions
  • Develop and mentor junior analysts

About the ideal candidate:

  • 3-6 years of experience in M&A Advisory/Corporate Finance/Investment Banking
  • Strong academic background in Business, Commerce, Law or similar. A CFA, CA, or equivalent certification is advantageous
  • Proficiency in financial modeling tools and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine passion for business and finance
  • Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
