Role Overview

We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join our team at The Old Clare Hotel. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting Guests: Welcome guests warmly and guide them through check-in and check-out with seamless hospitality.
  • Guest Needs: Go beyond service to understand our guests' needs, ensuring each stay is comfortable, memorable, and uniquely tailored to them.
  • Front Desk Management: Lead the daily flow of the front desk, creating a smooth and welcoming environment that embodies our property.
  • Equipment and Systems: Be confident and proficient with all front and back-office equipment, systems, and programs.
  • Communication: Respond to guests' emails, calls, and inquiries warmly and professionally, always aiming to exceed expectations and add a personal touch to each interaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a 5-star hotel setting with a dedication to exceptional hospitality will shine through.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, connecting easily with guests and colleagues alike.
  • Availability: Flexible, reliable, and solution-focused, you bring positivity to any team and handle challenges with grace.
  • Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of a Property Management System, preferably Opera Cloud.
