Face by SM Front Desk Ambassador
As our front desk ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for valued guests and visitors.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and checking in guests while adhering to COVID-safe procedures
- Responding to incoming telephone calls and addressing enquiries
- Processing correspondence, mail, messages, and courier deliveries
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handling payments and reconciling daily takings
- Addressing customer feedback and complaints
- Providing administrative support and maintaining clinic cleanliness
Key Requirements
We seek an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a natural affinity to interact with people in a personable and courteous manner.
Essential qualifications include:
- 1-2 years' experience in a front desk receptionist role
- Proficiency in multiple communication platforms
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word and Excel)
- Ability to work extended hours and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
