**Front Desk Ambassador Role**

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Ambassador. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for guests and play a key part in ensuring their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Guest Engagement: Welcome and assist guests with check-in and departure processes, providing top-notch service and attention to detail.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with the Night Manager to handle reporting and system responsibilities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Communication: Respond to general enquiries and engage with our guests in a friendly and approachable manner, building rapport and driving guest satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with existing and new guests to increase future bookings and revenue.
  • Task Management: Assist front office crew with operational tasks, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • System Proficiency: Experience with OPERA property management system or similar software.
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Working Rights: Possession of valid working rights in Australia.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated and driven individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
