Job Title: Front Desk Ambassador

As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be instrumental in setting the tone for their entire stay. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will make a lasting impression, ensuring that each guest feels valued and appreciated.

The Front Desk Ambassador will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, and addressing any requests or concerns with a genuine desire to enhance the guest's experience.

With your exceptional communication skills and natural ability to engage conversation, you will be the trusted guide to everything our hotel has to offer - from our exquisite restaurant and bar to our world-class spa and event spaces. Your deep knowledge of our services and amenities will enable you to truly enrich the guest's experience, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including check-in, check-out, inquiries, and special requests.
  • Perform various administrative duties such as processing reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Address any guests' enquiries effectively and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural gift for engaging conversation.
  • Dedication to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adept time management skills ensure seamless operations.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and occasional overnight availability.
  • Proficiency in using OPERA system is an advantage.
