Our esteemed establishment seeks an exceptional individual to take on the role of Front Desk Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch front desk services, ensuring exceptional experiences for all residents and guests.

• Collaborate with the Building Manager on matters related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing.

• Monitor relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and surrounding areas.

• Safeguard and distribute all resident keys, security devices and parcels or dry cleaning. Conduct regular patrols.

• Complete Incident Reports when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies.

• Maintain tidy and presentable entryways and lifts.

Requirements:

• Ability to foster strong relationships with residents and work cooperatively with the team.

• Experience in front of house or customer-facing roles.

• Proven quality written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to work within a team environment and adhere to Site Procedures and Company Policies.

• Professional presentation at all times.

• Punctuality and proactive approach.
