About the Role:

As the primary point of contact for our clients, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Working closely with our Audiologists, you'll help manage client interactions and support the smooth operation of our office.

Role Details:

  • Location: Richmond/ Footscray
  • Days: Mondays, Tuesdays - 9AM to 5PM, Saturday - 9AM to 3PM
  • Training: Comprehensive on-the-job training provided

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients warmly
  • Update and maintain client records
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-ups
  • Handle client payments and resolve billing issues
  • Oversee office supplies and maintain a clean reception area

Skills and Experience:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage client relationships effectively
  • Proficient with computer systems and data management
  • Previous receptionist/administration experience (preferably in a medical setting)
