Position Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Officer to support operations at a distinguished all-girls high school in the South East region. Collaborate with a skilled Site Manager in a dynamic environment. This role is suitable for both seasoned professionals and recent graduates eager to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct general maintenance tasks across the premises.
  2. Assist with repairs and maintenance of school facilities, including tasks such as lock replacements, door repairs, light bulb changes, and patching of walls.
  3. Relocate equipment and furniture as necessary.
  4. Contribute to school enhancement projects, including painting and landscaping initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  1. Possess experience or qualifications in a relevant trade.
  2. Demonstrate a solid understanding of general maintenance practices.
  3. Exhibit the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  4. Showcase excellent communication abilities.
  5. Meet the requirements for a police check and child safety clearance.
