About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Specialist to join our team at Flexhive. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our office facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repairs
    • Oversee maintenance schedules across all office locations to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
    • Collaborate with our facilities team to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Project Management
    • Work with our project management team to coordinate building projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations.
    • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Supplier and Contractor Management
    • Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure that we are getting the best possible service and value for money.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure that our interests are protected.
  • Property Management
    • Coordinate property leases and tenancy relationships to ensure that we are getting the best possible use of our office space.
    • Work with our property team to identify and address any property-related issues.
  • Fleet Management
    • Manage our fleet of vehicles to ensure that they are properly maintained, registered, and insured.
    • Ensure that all drivers are properly trained and licensed.
  • WHS and Compliance
    • Ensure that our office facilities are compliant with all relevant WHS standards and regulations.
    • Work with our WHS team to identify and address any WHS-related issues.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Facilities Management Specialist who has a proven track record of success in this field. You will have:

  • Relevant Experience
    • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, office management, or a related field.
  • Key Skills
    • Project management and budget handling.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Requirements
    • A current 'C' class Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
    • Ability to pass a police check.
