Role Overview
This position as a Maintenance Officer at a prestigious all-girls high school in the South East offers a unique chance to work closely with an experienced Site Manager. Whether you are an established professional or a recent graduate eager to advance your career, this role is an excellent fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks for the building.
- Assist with repair and maintenance duties for school facilities, including tasks such as replacing locks, doors, light bulbs, and patching walls.
- Relocate equipment and furniture as necessary.
- Support school enhancement projects, including painting and gardening initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Possess experience or qualifications in a relevant trade.
- Have a solid understanding of general maintenance practices.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a police background check and comply with child safety regulations.
