**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our manufacturing facilities and offices in Johnstown, PA and Blairsville, PA.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the facilities are clean and well-maintained, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance issues.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure facilities are consistently clean and organized.
- Collaborate with facilities team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Communicate effectively with employees and management to provide reporting and updates on facilities maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to facilities maintenance.
**Requirements**
- Previous experience in a commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of safe and proper cleaning equipment, supplies, and protocols.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions to complete required cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from locations.
