Deluxe Australia is seeking a detail-driven Client Services Coordinator to support the Cinema team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Enter high volumes of data accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with Client Services teams and logistics partners to coordinate asset distribution through various delivery networks
  • Provide administrative support to Warehouse staff during peak periods, including some physical operations
  • Offer exceptional customer service to clients in film distribution and exhibition
  • Assist with invoice preparation to consolidate account data
  • Provide general administrative support as needed for the Client Service team
  • Maintain a high level of organization and adaptability while managing competing priorities
Key Competencies:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven problem-solving and technical skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Capacity to build strong relationships across teams
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
