Cinema Experience Coordinator
At HOYTS, we're seeking a dedicated individual to join our Cinema Operations Team as a part-time Lux Crew Member. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and be the face of our luxury cinema experience.
The Role:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm smile and share your passion for cinema
- Process tickets and purchases efficiently through the till
- Serve delicious food and beverages with precision
- Maintain the site's high standards of cleanliness and organization
About You:
- You have a genuine love for cinema and are committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable
- You embody a FIERCE mindset: Focused, Innovative, Excellent, Resourceful, Caring, and Empowered
- A can-do attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
