**Lead a Lux Cinema Team**:

We're looking for an experienced manager to lead our Lux cinema team. This is a fast-paced role that requires a professional who can work under pressure and deliver great guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have management experience in the hospitality industry, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask. They'll also have excellent communication skills and be able to work unsupervised.

This role involves leading by example, providing exceptional customer service, and managing daily operations to ensure profitability and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).

You'll be responsible for rostering staff, managing performance, overseeing events held in the Lux lounge, and adhering to HR, WHS and risk management policies and laws.

Key skills include RSA certification, food safety knowledge, and a high level of motivation.
