Account Coordinator Job Description

The Account Coordinator plays a pivotal role in guaranteeing the seamless delivery of marketing and theatrical assets to cinemas. This dynamic position demands a high level of attention to detail, flexible thinking, and robust problem-solving skills.

  • High-volume data entry requires precision and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Client Services teams and logistics partners for asset distribution by prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
  • Support Warehouse staff during peak periods to maintain operational efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide customer service support to clients in film distribution and exhibition through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Assist with invoice preparation and data consolidation by ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Offer administrative support as needed for the Client Service team by adapting to changing priorities and workflows.
  • Manage competing priorities and troubleshoot with urgency to meet client expectations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Be adaptable to changing systems and workflows by embracing new technologies and processes.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A degree qualification is highly regarded but not essential, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Experience in Freight and Logistics is highly valued but not essential, showcasing adaptability and transferable skills.
  • A background in Client Service or traditional post-production is advantageous, highlighting expertise and relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs is crucial, enabling efficient data management and record-keeping.
  • Strong professional communication skills (written and oral) are vital, facilitating effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical skills are essential, allowing prompt resolution of complex issues and continuous improvement.
  • Attention to detail is paramount, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role.
  • Collaborative relationship-building across teams is critical, fostering a culture of cooperation and shared success.
  • Ability to work supervised and autonomously is key, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in response to changing needs.
