The role of Assistant Manager is a key leadership position within the Cinema Operations Department. As a seasoned leader, you will play a pivotal part in driving business forward and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job Description:
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for assisting the Location Manager in overseeing cinema operations. You will work closely with staff members to ensure that they are instructed and inspired to deliver outstanding results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership experience: 2 years or more
- Proven track record of delivering great guest experiences
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work unsupervised
- Highly motivated and innovative thinker
