This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Event Manager at the Village Green Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, cost, and organize function packages to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a comprehensive customer database and make timely sales calls to secure new business.
- Coordinate sales initiatives, prepare quotes within 24 hours, and liaise with suppliers and contractors.
- Update and maintain promotional materials, including online mediums, to effectively market our services.
Requirements:
- Display a genuine passion for the industry and a hands-on attitude to succeed in this role.
- Prior experience in functions sales leadership, with the ability to develop people and deliver projects on time.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to maintain a client database using a Function Management System.
- Flexible availability to meet the demands of this role.
