Job Summary

The Complaints Management Coordination team oversees the establishment of a coordinated complaints management model. They lead and coordinate comprehensive reviews, implementing recommendations to improve complaint processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing reports on complaints for senior executives
  • Developing and implementing an enterprise-wide quality assurance framework for complaint management

Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in complaint or dispute resolution functions or teams
  • Understanding of best practice in complaints management or dispute resolution
  • Character clearance and ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
