Senior Complaints Officer

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking a Senior Complaints Officer to join our Intake and Complaints Resolution Group (ICRG). As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring positive outcomes for older people receiving aged care.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including complainants, people receiving care, their supporters, and service providers.
