Job Opportunity: Complaint Resolution Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Complaint Resolution Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that involves effective communication with stakeholders, accurate recording of complaint details, and assessment of resolutions.
The selected candidate will be working on a full-time basis in multiple locations. The initial contract term is 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with the public and agencies through verbal and written communication.
- Accurately capture and assess complaint information to determine jurisdiction and resolution.
- Identify urgent and sensitive complaints, escalating them as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to corporate activities, training, and mentoring initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively with diverse groups, including individuals with disabilities and those from culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent research skills.
- Ability to de-escalate challenging situations while finding mutually beneficial solutions.
- Sound judgment in making discretionary decisions.
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism and impartiality throughout all interactions.
