The Case Manager position is a key role in ensuring the fair and consistent handling of advertising complaints.
As a Case Manager, you will play a vital part in our team's efforts to uphold community standards and promote responsible advertising.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Manage advertising complaints from start to finish
- Develop and enhance complaint handling procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Apply and interpret advertising codes with fairness and consistency
- Provide administrative support to the Community Panel
- Write clear and accurate case reports that provide insight into advertising issues
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and resolve issues
- Supervise and mentor the Case Officer to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
