Job Summary:

BMP Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Manager NSW to lead the growth and sustainability of our NSW business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development, bidding, and delivering electrical and civil projects in the NSW region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of our NSW business.
  • Bid on and win electrical and civil projects valued from $50,000 to $2 million.
  • Manage and maintain existing relationships with major contractors and developers in the urban development industry.
  • Lead a small dynamic team and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement pricing and negotiation strategies to secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, project management, and leadership roles.
  • Strong relationships with major contractors and developers in the urban development industry.
  • Electrical or civil qualification and previous experience in the electrical/civil industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small dynamic team.
