The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our State Sales team in NSW & ACT. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you'll build and develop a high-performing team from the ground up, establishing operational foundations that will drive success in the market. This critical people leadership role requires a strong track record of success in Senior Sales Management or Account Management, with a proven ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and develop a high-performing State Sales team in NSW & ACT
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  4. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve outstanding results
