As an event coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-end events that drive sales success. This is a unique opportunity to partner with a leading luxury brand to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in events, marketing, or public relations, ideally within the luxury sector. They will be highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail and time management, as well as a polished communicator with confidence in client-facing roles.

Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and delivering high-end events such as product launches, agent briefings, and VIP functions. You will also manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, suppliers, and attendee communications.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders to uphold brand standards and premium client experiences is essential. The successful candidate will be calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and passionate about events. Additionally, they must be flexible to work outside standard hours during events and have reliable transportation for travel.

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-end events that drive sales success.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, suppliers, and attendee communications.
  • Prepare event-related sales materials, RSVP lists, seating plans, and attendee communications.
  • Act as the point of contact for the sales team, ensuring events are seamless and brand-aligned.
