At our prestigious hotel, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous customer service experience and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • You should also possess excellent organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • In addition, a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service is essential.
About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our luxury boutique hotel as part of a close-knit team.

You will receive support from the hotel's Sales, Planning team, and General Manager to ensure your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will enjoy a competitive salary commensurate with their experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role.
  • You will need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and at times work independently.
  • Good time management and organisational skills are also required.
  • Well-developed computer knowledge and strong administrative skills are essential for this position.
