This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key event coordinator role at a leading luxury property brand.
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating signature events and client experiences that directly influence sales success. Your main objective will be to plan, coordinate and deliver high-end events which enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including venues, catering, entertainment, suppliers and attendee communications
- Manage event logistics to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare event-related materials and RSVP lists as required
- Act as the point of contact for the sales team ensuring events are executed to the highest standard
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to uphold brand standards and premium client experiences
About You:
- Proven background in events, PR or marketing ideally within luxury, lifestyle or property sectors
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- A polished communicator with confidence in client-facing roles
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and passionate about delivering excellent results
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours during events
- Must have own car for travel to and from events
- Proficient in event and marketing tools; HubSpot or similar CRM experience highly regarded
