  • Join a leading boutique hotel operator as a Wedding and Events Coordinator at the Werribee Mansion Hotel & Spa in Melbourne.

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced, professional and passionate Wedding and Events Coordinator to join a high-performing team and build on the success of this amazing property.

The successful applicant will need previous customer service experience, as they will be required to liaise with a variety of clients and maintain existing relationships.

As part of the Wedding and Events team, you will have a diverse knowledge of industry operations, a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for clients.

To ensure your success, you will have the support of the hotel's Sales, planning team and General Manager.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Provide outstanding service and support to internal and external clients.
  • Conduct familiarisation and site inspections with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel's Sales, planning team and General Manager to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent telephone technique and friendly relations with customers.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and their details simultaneously.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Ability to work successfully within a close team environment and work unsupervised at times.
  • Good time management and communication skills.
  • Well-developed computer knowledge and strong admin skills.
  • Warm, personable yet professional disposition.
  • Ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Attention to detail.
