Job Title

This role offers a compelling opportunity to partner with a luxury property brand, designing bespoke events and client experiences that drive sales success.

The ideal candidate will be entrusted with delivering high-end events such as project launches, agent briefings, and VIP functions, while overseeing all event logistics including venues, catering, entertainment, suppliers, and timelines.

Key responsibilities include preparing event-related sales materials, RSVP lists, seating plans, and attendee communications, as well as serving as the point of contact for the sales team to ensure seamless and brand-aligned events.

Candidates should possess a proven background in events, PR, or marketing, ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or property sectors, along with exceptional attention to detail, time management, and polished communication skills.

Additional requirements include flexibility to work outside standard hours during events, proficiency in event and marketing tools, and CRM experience.
