Contract Administration Role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Select and review suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Negotiate and prepare contracts that meet project requirements
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Provide accurate and timely submission of progress, variation & contractual claims
  • Manage RFIs with Clients, Architects and Consultants
  • Work closely with Site Management and the Management team to achieve project goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field such as construction or procurement
  • Proven track record in commercial, refurbishment and fitout projects
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
  • High level of planning and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to self-manage workflow and demonstrate initiative
