Senior Commercial Contracts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Contracts Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong contract management skills, commercial acumen, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, including governance, risk, performance, and contract management agreements.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  3. Analyze commercial data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Manage and mitigate commercial risks, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement commercial strategies, aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A recognized law degree or equivalent experience in contract management.
  • Proven track record in managing complex contracts and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
