Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR/IR expert to lead and advise on human resources and industrial relations matters across various projects.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in providing strategic guidance, partnering with stakeholders, and implementing effective HR/IR practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute industrial relations plans to mitigate risks and drive project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support key HR/IR initiatives and programs.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/IR, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Expertise in issue/dispute resolution, employment legislation, and policy.
  • A degree in Human Resource Management or relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and leadership abilities.
