Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Transformation Expert to join our team.

This temporary contract offers a unique opportunity to drive organisational change and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • To provide expert advice on workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • To design and deliver training programs that equip business leaders with the skills needed to succeed in today's competitive landscape.
  • To manage IR/ER issues, investigations, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organisational goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or relevant field with significant generalist HR experience.
  • Experience in broad HR functions, including end-to-end recruitment, ER/IR at operational and strategic levels.
  • Ability to research, develop, and implement HR systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience in organisational change and project implementation.
