  • Mentor and develop HR advisors in the team.
  • Participate in team projects and contribute knowledge to further learning.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing complex HR matters from start to resolution.
  • Extensive experience in a generalist HR role with strong ER/IR exposure.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with high volumes.
  • Coaching people managers and team members to enhance their ability to interpret HR policies and processes.
  • Strong relationship building, communication, negotiation, influencing, coaching and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize workload.
  • A pragmatic approach with problem-solving skills.
