Are you passionate about making a difference? We are proud to be representing a leading provider of health and mental health services nationally who are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to join their dynamic team.

**Role Overview**:
Reporting to the Head of Operations, the IR Specialist will manage relationships with unions, navigate legislative changes, and develop strategic plans while minimising risks. The role involves collaboration with HR Business Partners, providing expert advice on industrial relations matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and policies.

We are seeking somebody to join on a part time basis (4 days a week - 30.4 hours a week). Flexibility is embedded in the culture, so they are able to be flexible with the ways the hours/days are worked.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with HR leadership to advance the IR strategy.
- Provide expert advice on industrial relations matters to staff and managers.
- Manage enterprise agreement processes and coordinate future bargaining processes.
- Identify and mitigate industrial risks while liaising with external stakeholders, including unions and legal firms.

**We are seeking a motivated individual with**:

- Experience in providing expert industrial relations advice.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead and motivate others.
- Emotional intelligence, resilience, and a collaborative approach.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or law, coupled with a solid understanding of legislative requirements.
- Advantageous if you have experience in the not-for-profit sector or Health sector.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities.
