HR Business Partner: Employment Relations Expert

Key responsibilities of this role include providing expert support to stakeholders on employment relations and industrial relations matters. This involves building strong relationships with key internal partners to ensure effective management of workplace issues, and working closely with an impressive HR and Legal team to provide guidance on complex ER and IR matters.

This is a permanent opportunity working within a collaborative and supportive environment. The role requires partnering with stakeholders in a fast-paced setting where ER and IR are at the forefront. You will work with an experienced HR and Legal team, exposed to interesting PM/ER/IR matters and IR strategy from some of the best.

You will be involved in EA negotiations for your site, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives. To succeed in this position, you should have a passion for ER/IR & PM, enjoy getting to the bottom of matters, assisting managers, and building their knowledge and capability along the way.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a self-starter, and comfortable with autonomy. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Possess significant experience in employment relations and/or industrial relations.
  • Have a deep understanding of ER/IR legislation and regulations.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Hold a relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
