Are you an experienced Business Partner/ Workplace Relations Specialist who enjoys getting hands-on across ER/PM and building relationships with your key stakeholders to support their day-to-day whilst building capability?

**THE ROLE**
This is a permanent opportunity, working within a supportive and collaborative HR team with impressive HR leaders. It is in a highly unionised environment
- if you don't like WPR, you won't enjoy this role.

If on the other hand, you love partnering with your key stakeholders in a fast-paced role where standards are high and IR and ER are at the heart of what you do
- this could be just what you're after.

You will work with an impressive HR and Legal team and get exposure to some interesting PM/ER/IR matters, and get exposure to IR strategy from some of the best. You will be involved in EA negotiations for your site.

**SUITED TO**
This position is suited to someone who enjoys ER/IR & PM.
You love getting to the bottom of matters, you love assisting managers and building their knowledge and capability along the way. You are organised and a self-starter, and you enjoy the autonomy you get because of this. You can navigate complex matters and are happy working as a sole contributor and in a small team.
