We are seeking a commercially driven and experienced professional to lead our customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across departments.
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role with exposure to escalations.
- Experience in a B2C service-based industry essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with systems including CRMs and phone systems.
Successful candidates will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
