Job Title: Customer Service Lead

We are seeking a Customer Service Lead to oversee and coordinate our customer service operations across multiple dealerships in Victoria. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience, preferably with a Diploma or higher in a related field. The successful applicant will be able to develop and implement effective strategies for post-sales support, enhancing customer satisfaction and optimising product performance.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise customer service operations, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery to meet the needs of demanding clients.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with car dealership brands to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Diploma or higher in a related field (agreed substitute may apply).
  • Professional manner, excellent communication, and organisational skills.
  • Energetic and team-oriented individual with strong leadership abilities.
