Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the front-line team in efficient operations and provide support to residents with enquiries related to their residency, studies, and overall wellbeing.
  • Aim to build a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and developing staff to reach their full potential.
  • Maintain accurate accounting of resident-related accounts and control delivery of quality accommodation products.
  • Liaise with third parties regarding building facilities management, including maintenance and contract services.
Requirements
  • Valid work rights in Australia
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Working with Children Check (Vic)
  • Current Agents Representative Certificate lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria
