Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operations and improve efficiency.
  • Lead the customer service team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in customer service leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive change.
  • Excellent communication, management, and leadership skills.
