A challenging career opportunity has arisen for an experienced customer service professional to lead our frontline staff and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic aquatic and leisure facility.
About the RoleAs a full-time Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing membership administration, resolving member and patron complaints, achieving membership sales and retention targets, and overseeing café stock and retail merchandise management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing membership administration, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Resolving member and patron complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Achieving membership sales and retention targets through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Overseeing café stock and retail merchandise management, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the recreation industry.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of creating a lively and welcoming team atmosphere.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage frontline staff.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise tasks.

Essential QualificationsHLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and HLTAID011 Provide First Aid certifications are required.
