Senior Account Executive

About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Public Sector team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing sales strategy across the full SAS portfolio in Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell SAS solutions to Public Sector customers, highlighting the value of our software and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality sales proposals and presentations.
- Travel up to 30% to meet with customers and partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software sales, with a focus on Public Sector.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the Public Sector market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
