As a Sales Delivery Representative at Capricorn, you will perform outbound calls and emails to potential and current Members and Suppliers to quantify them as sales leads, close out and transition from prospect to new Member for Area Managers and Supply Account Managers.

You will promote awareness of Capricorn Society services and products with the ultimate goal of increased share of wallet. This role requires intermediate skill in Microsoft Office Software Suite, excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Apart from this, you should have demonstrated sales skills in a call centre environment, ability to multi-task updating systems whilst conversing over the phone.

You need to have 2 years' experience within a Sales and Service oriented role, previous experience using CRM systems, and previous experience in an outbound sales role is highly desirable.

Our estimated salary range is AU$55,000 - AU$75,000 per annum, based on industry standards in Australia and New Zealand.
