As the Director of Ecosystem Strategy, you'll play a critical role in shaping our future by crafting and executing a compelling proposition for our partners and enterprise merchants.

This role is key in ensuring that our products, integrations, and commercial models are tailored to meet the evolving needs of key customer segments. You will drive innovation and growth by developing forward-thinking strategies and roadmaps, leveraging market insights, and fostering collaboration across teams.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $220,000 - $320,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a range of benefits, including a hybrid working policy, learning and career development opportunities, 16 weeks paid primary carers leave, and 12 weeks paid secondary carers leave.

Job Description
  • Strategy and Proposition: Define and deliver a vision for partner integrations, leveraging Tyro's products to meet the needs of a range of merchants. Use market insights and feedback to continuously refine Tyro's offerings and represent our value proposition effectively in major partner engagements.
  • Integrations: Oversee Tyro's integration technologies, including APIs and SDKs, ensuring they meet modern partner expectations. Develop and maintain a roadmap for integration capabilities, supporting both external partners and internal teams like Merchant Portal and Health.
  • Commercial Models: Drive scalable and profitable commercial models, including referral, wholesale, and payment facilitator options, aligning them with Tyro's broader partner strategy.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and develop a high-performing team, work cross-functionally to implement the partnerships strategy and provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance and progress.
