As a Partner Success Manager at ServiceRocket, you'll use curiosity, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills to build deep alignment between ServiceRocket and its partners. You'll be accountable for identifying our partner's objectives/key results and how we contribute to their accomplishment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain a cadence of communication with assigned partners and targeted roles in the go-to-market team.
- Be attentive to partner goals and identify opportunities for accelerating alignment and growth.
- Identify key partner strategies for revenue acceleration and initiate internal initiatives to support and drive them.
- Develop and execute partner success plans like lead generation activities, as well as track and report on key metrics to ensure adoption and success.
- Work closely with sales management to maintain success plans for partners (including success metrics) and track towards a plan.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to communicate partner feedback.
- Manage partner perception of and sentiment toward ServiceRocket, helping them to understand our commitment and high level of execution.
- Design and implement creative partner marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive partner profitability.
- Participate in marketing initiatives such as content development, hosting events, and representing the company in events.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors, proactively addressing any concerns and fostering open communication.
- Identify potential new vendors based on industry trends and partner needs, evaluating their capabilities and value addition.
Your Ideal Background:
- Minimum of 5 years experience with at least 2+ years prior experience in customer success, partner success, business development, or account management.
- Strategic understanding of partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies, leveraging experience to build and manage successful partner relationships.
- Good track record of building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience working with marketing and sales processes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level SaaS solutions and partner marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze partner performance metrics.
- Proficiency in campaign and events management and ability to execute multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to exceed expectations.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Operating knowledge and experience with software that includes collaboration software like Workplace from Meta, and Atlassian suite products like Jira Software, JSD, and Confluence.
- Experience working with HubSpot, Jira ServiceDesk, and customer success management platforms.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Ecosystem.
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in various remote workplace productivity/communication tools, with a demonstrably fast learning curve.
- Experience managing a book of 50+ accounts and/or accounts with $100k+ ACV is a plus.
